A New Heart

NHCC is a church where the entire community can see and build life long relationships. It will be an experience that will not be threatening in any way and people will be made to feel at home and part of the family. We are convinced that the sooner personal relationships can be made with people; they will be willing to develop a life long relationship with God.

Hello and thanks for taking a moment to check out our church on-line.  I have had a 20 plus year career as a professional music producer.  My path to being at New Heart has been an interesting one - but ultimately know it was the Will of God.

I served on the worship team at Lakeshore Christian Church for nearly 15 years and 5 years at Franklin Christian Church.  Now at New Heart those years of experience are put into practice as worship director.  You might say that my 20 years working in music ministry was the longest worship internship in history! ;-)

I graduated from Belmont College (now University) in ’89 with a BA in Business (Music Business) and since then produced music for a large variety of independent artists and writers along with many local, regional and national ad-music campaigns.  I have produced, performed, recorded, and written advertising music for companies like O’Charley, Caterpillar, John Deere, Seadoo, IGA, and many, many others.  My greatest production/musical honor was a Grammy Nominated Audio Book titled, “The Man Called Cash” narrated by the acclaimed songwriter/actor Kris Kristofferson.

On the personal side I have been married to my wife Vicky for 20 years and we have one son Ryan who is 12.  We have resided in the Mt. Juliet area for over two years and moved from Hermitage where we lived for 11 years.

Service to God and His Church is our family’s passion and we are truly excited about the ministry at New Heart Christian Church and hope you come and plug into the word of God with us!
